Comprehensive Programming
Recognizing that each child who is entrusted into our care has his or her own unique set of needs, concerns, strengths, and skillsets, we feel strongly that all treatment plans should be fully customized to ensure that all children receive the well-rounded care that they deserve.
In order to determine what the most appropriate plan of treatment should be, all children and families will be provided with a thorough evaluation in order to identify the specific needs and concerns that should be addressed throughout the child’s time in treatment. During this evaluation, it will also be determined which level of care will most appropriately help the child achieve his or her treatment goals.

Unique Therapies
Unlike many other types of treatment centers for children, at Ascent Children’s Health Services, we offer a multitude of specialized therapeutic interventions that are designed to give children the most holistic approach to treatment available. Depending on the needs of each child, he or she will have access to the following services:
- SCERTS treatment for autism spectrum disorders (SC – social communication / ER – emotional regulation / TS – transactional support)
- Handwriting Without Tears
